While the gang was here we took them into the city. We rode the link, then caught the monorail, did Pikes place, the space needle, and a whole lot of walking in between! What a great day! We finished up with dinner at Ivars on the peer- loved it!
We also hit northwest trek- no big surprise there! The animals were out and I even brought a few home with me! ( Hannah's face)
We also went to the cemetery where my grandparents are. It is such a beautiful setting!
And Scott took them to his happy place, the mountain. We were so bummed that it wasn't out for my sister-in-law to see but trust us Cate.. it's there! :-) Glad you saw it from town! Next time we'll give it another go up close and personal!So this concludes the first installment of family visits. We had such a wonderful time- wish we all lived closer and we could do this every day!.... well, maybe every other day.
