Our little girl is 9 today! Actually at 1:40 Eastern time but today none-the-less. Scott called us this morning at 3:30 from Serbia to wish Hannah a happy birthday. He thought that he was just going to leave a message and was a bit surprised when I answered... we talked for almost an hour! It was so good to hear his voice- it was his second call since he's been gone. Hannah got up and was really with it! She may take after her mother afterall with the sleep thing- haha. Haley and Hopie slept through the call- we were slumber party-ing in my bed last night and I couldn't believe that those two didn't even stir!
Before Scott left he took Hannah on a birthday date to Seattle. They saw lots of cool things in Seattle.. including a man being arrested on the train and a man in the park who thought he was Julie Andrews and sang and spun around and around.. welcome to the big city Hannah!
