ok, so I've been tagged a few times and have been a bad person and not responded... so here goes. The way that it works from my understanding is that you tell me 7 quirky things about yourself and tag 5 other people to do the same. Post them on your blog for all the world to see.... so thanks Cherish and Tiffany for the tags... here goes...
The Dirt on Deb:
1- I attended a Kiss/Winger/Slaughter concert in High School. I was so excited to hear Kiss sing "Beth"- one of my favorite "power ballads" but alas... they never sang it.
2- When I get on top of high things like buildings, cliffs, airplanes etc. etc. I have an overwhelming feeling that makes me want to jump! To fly through the air would be such a cool experience... but the landing always makes me think twice... Maybe I should take up skydiving?
3- A huge fear of mine is to be trapped in an elevator or small area. I'm major claustrophobic and I blame this on my brothers. When I was young they would watch Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom and on the show they were always trapping animals in nets or putting them in bags etc. etc. My brothers would often play "trap the tiger" where they would ambush me and throw one of my Nana's afghans over my head and smother me. They would also like to stuff me head first into sleeping bags... to this day I can't sleep with the bag zipped.. I have to have at least one leg out at all times. I know.. I know..I have issues but with 4 older brothers there were bound to be a few.
4- I have never colored my hair
5- I stole my brother's car every Sunday during church for about a year and took about 7 kids from the youth group to MacDonald's for breakfast... great example as the preacher's kid eh? Oh yeah, since we are being so "honest" here, I guess that I should mention that I didn't have my licence yet.
6- I eat nachos about 6 days a week...
7- I think that it would be cool to some day own a ton of land and have my brother's families, Scott's brother's families and my parents and in-laws all live within 30 minutes of each other.... yep, we'd need a lot of land!... maybe Montana will be for sale some day? oh, we'd live there too.. or would we just vacation there? haha... just joking!
so there you have it! I'm sure that you will sleep better at night knowing this stuff!

Nice Deb...thanks for the tag. I guess I can't do it because I don't know 7 blog-aholics and therefore have no one to tag (other than you and Brigetta and obviously those bases have been covered!) ha!
You poor, traumatized soul! Your husband and Mr. Cory convinced me once that there were sharks and piranhas in Detroit Lake during one of our vacations there as kids. To this day, I have a moment of panic every time I either jump in to a lake or fall off an innertube in to one. :)
Sweet! I knew your list would be far more interesting than what I had to say! HAHA!! Love you girl and so happy to know I wasn't the only one being "pounced" on by older brothers. Man, if they only knew the issues they created for us as adults.. our poor husbands! HAHA!! :)
