New Years in Portland

WE left Sunday night and headed down to Portland to celebrate Christmas and New Years in one fell swoop. The girls and I had a lot of fun with Grandpa, Auntie B and Evelyn while Scott and Granny worked. We played doodle dice- our new game that we love, uno and even went swimming one day! The pool was great! It had a water slide, lazy river, and lots of squirt things to play in. For some reason we didn't take a lot of pictures this past week but never fear, Grandpa Russ was near so here are some that he shared with us. After a New Years breakfast, we did the Christmas story and opened gifts, packed up and headed for home. We woke up this morning to 2 inches of snow... again.... looks like another exciting weekend ahead of us!

Haley rarely misses a chance to ham it up!
Brigetta made everyone aprons for Christmas. Too cute!

Scott got an electric shock bug zapper thing. It looks like a tennis racket but has an electric current.... love the pose... Haley is not sure about her dad and his bug killing techniques!

Something for our crafty girl...

Art Supplies! Great!

If it sparkles.. it's for Haley The girls also got flannel sheets that they can't wait to get on their beds! They will really use them this winter for sure!
