Lucy was a beagle mix. I'm not really sure what kind of "rescue" dogs these are. I thought that they were "helper" dogs but none of their owners were impaired in any way so not sure what the official title is. Anyway, the girls loved them. Lucy was the smallest and was a big hit. Haley oh so wanted to take her home!

They're therapy dogs, working dogs. Their owners bring the dogs to other's who benefit from being around them. The owner's don't have to need them but act as caretakers for the dogs. I think it's great.
