I am loving monkey in the gangster get away car! Too funny! Scott said that surprisingly he didn't get many strange looks being a full grown man holding a stuffed monkey. I'm not sure which is more disturbing... that he is ,in fact, a grown man holding a stuffed monkey in public or that people don't seem to care! :-) He also said that it was in the 80's today... I stopped reading after that- very depressing here in my world of rain and possible snow later in the week! Ugh!

Nice blog babe! Monkey had a good night's rest and is excited to board El Chepe (the train) this morning.....we hope! Still not sure if the tracks are clear yet. The 4:15 wake up call this morning did not amuse my traveling primate companion!!! Don't know if I'll have any web access in Cerocahui, but if I do I will try to fire off some more monkey pics as well as any curious reactions this grown man gets to carrying a large stuffed animal through rural Mexico!
