Here are some more pictures of Monkey that were taken today! I love that Scott was in a place with Internet AND I even got a call from him tonight! It had been a few days so that was a great surprise! These pictures are of Monkey doing some bird watching on the Rio El Fuerte, hanging out with some local Mayo Indian girls near El Fuerte- I guess he was a big hit with them! And finally, Monkey on the El Chepe ( train) enjoying the canyon view. Doesn't it look like a bunch of angry outlaws could come riding over the hills at any moment?! Let's hope not! :-)
Tomorrow is the train ride back to Chihuahua so there should be some more good pics. I guess that the workers on the train all wanted their pictures taken with monkey... he's a big hit where ever they go! I sure hope that he is available for Egypt next month... it will be a very boring trip without him! :0

Who would have thought that the monkey would be such a great ambassador for our country, looks like everyone can relate to him. Is WA going to give him any bonus for adding such richness to the trip? :)
Curious George has nothing on this monkey. May he keep his Daddy and Poquaw safe on the return trip.
