This is what we woke up to this morning!!! It started last night around 7:00. By mid-night it was almost gone, and then some time between 12-7 ( when Hannah woke up and saw it) we got an inch or two! Haley decided to stay in first thing this morning while Hope and Hannah had a look at the neighborhood. It is super cold here! Like the 20's! Yikes! We are not used to that kind of cold- and I guess it will be this way most of the week! It should be fun! :-)
And then, after breakfast we all went up to the kid's school and took a few runs on our inflatable swimming pool toy- hey it worked!.. for awhile! Our neighbors were up there too so we borrowed their sleds and big inner-tube... we love to share! :-) The girls had a great time sledding and I'm hoping to introduce them to skiing this season too! :-) Now we're planning on hot chocolate and maybe a movie, nap etc. for the rest of the day! What a fun surprise!

So fun!! We drove to the Post Office and around town to check things out a bit. I really wanted to build a snowman but maybe the next time we'll have more to work with. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! XO
Wow! Looks chilly but beautiful! Sounds like we are the only ones that didn't get snow! =)
The pictures are great. Know you had fun in the snow. We have lots of ice and temps in the teens. So...snow is much better, ha! Enjoy it while it lasts...rain will be on the way...
