Scott sent some pictures yesterday of Petra. He said that it is amazing!! I"ll post more later.. just wanted to get the pix up. I have extra kids today so it may not be until tonight! :-)
I knew the moment I sent Petra pics that some Greg Volz comments were soon to erupt.
I'm back in Amman, Jordan tonight, but the last couple days have been nothing short of spectacular. Petra is the real deal!!! It cannot be overhyped...it's that good.
Mindy, it is the place where they filmed Indiana Jones. They also filmed part of it in Wadi Rum, which is where I was yesterday. It was just about as amazing as Petra was.

One more day here in Jordan (up at the Roman ruins of Jerash). Today, we visited Aqaba on the Red Sea, and then came up the Dead Sea highway on our way to Amman.
I'm tired but enjoying the work that we're getting done! Should be an amazing 2010 tour here!
