I've been busy trying to get pictures up when Scott sends them. He is a true Isom and is taking TONS! Which is great! I want to say here and now that I may or may not have accurate descriptions in the journal sections so take that for what it's worth! :-)
We have made it through the first week with only 3 colds, 1 doctor visit, 2 snow storms, some hail, one day of "almost sick hookie" and the threat of a power outage earlier today. I'd say it's been a very eventful week! I like to think that we are on our own little adventure right here at home! ha ha!
The girls are doing much better! The exchange student job is slowly coming along, I now have 3 families!!! Just 19 to go! :-) I will be starting another job tomorrow- watching our pal Kylie for 2 days a week. It will be great fun for Hopie- she will get a chance to boss someone around since she is older than Kylie by a year! Poor Kylie! I"m so glad that she is such a mellow kid and just goes with the flow. They really are good friends and get along really well so it's going to be great!
That's about all for now. I didn't get a chance to call my mom today so I needed to put up a post at least and let her know what's going on and that we are alive and kickin'! Love ya mom and I promise I'll call tomorrow!
