Anyway, today has been a fun day. I was so tired.. I stayed up until 4 a.m. finishing a book- something that I rarely get to do. I was a bit groggy during church.. haha.. but I made it. We went to a little church here in Seymour- totally country about as opposite as you could get from what we go to back home. There were about 40 people and my kids were the only ones under 30 besides 2 20 somethings who sat in front of us. The girls did a great job being quiet, etc. etc. and they sung a lot of old hymns that even I had forgotten.
After church we went to McDonalds then home for naps. Naps were postponed when the girls got into mom and dad's closet. At one point Hannah was dressed like my dad and Haley like my mom.... they came out talking and acting like their grandparents and were pretty funny! They also dressed Hopie up in Bokies swimsuit and dad's shoes. Too cute! Nap time finally came and I of course joined them this afternoon and slept for a few hours with the girls! Again.. that's a rarity :)
Tonight mom swam with the girlies after dinner and I mowed the back yard. After swimming, the girls went outside in their jammies and caught fireflies... or light-n-bugs as the "non Yankee's" call them. I'll never forget when I was corrected when we lived in Tennessee... too funny!
Anyway, we've had a great day and now are getting ready for bed. Scott leaves in the morning for Mexico for about 10 days so he should get home just a few days before we do.

That's so funny about your girls dressed up & impersonating their grandparents. I would love to seen a picture of that!
Ugh - you and me both! I got a little over an hour of sleep last night. One! And I didn't even get to do anything fun with that time, like finish a book. Scout was noisily licking himself all night and Brigetta was tossing and turning because of the dog. I almost never have caffeine before the services on Sunday, but I made an exception today. I'm glad you and the girls get to hang out with your parents for so long - these will be fun memories for them (and you too, I guess :)). I want you to know that I love you guys and am continually praying for you as all the changes get closer. However things settle, me and mine are here for you and yours!
I am so glad that you are all having such a good time. I hope you took pictures of the girls and the fireflies. I am so jealous. That is one of my life long goals, I want to see a firefly. Do you think you could sneak one home in a jar for me? ha ha
