ok, so I'm a day late but in the over-all scheme of life... not a big deal! haha! So here are my favorite things for this week:
1. Teriyaki chicken: Scott and I had a date night last night and had teriyaki... so so so good!
2. Our dress up bucket: the girls put on so many shows it is amazing! I really need to get a video up for all to see!
3. My cell phone. I've talked to each brother, my parents ( almost daily) my in-laws and of course Scott this week. I even had a few nieces and nephews call due to Haley's birthday so the phone was well used! :-) I remember that one of the first "arguments" that Scott and I had when we were first married was over our phone bill. He thought that it would be a good place to cut back.. which is code for Holy cow you talk a lot to your family! Is that really necessary? And then he realized yes, oh yes it was necessary.... after I told him that I'd rather cut our food budget than not be able to call my mom whenever I wanted he knew I was serious because let's face it.. I'm a Boling and we like our food!
We laugh about that argument a lot... especially when I tell him what's going on in his family because I've called them when he hasn't. :-) I think it has something to do with the fact that men only use half of the amount of words in a day that women do... now I have no scientific data to back that up but I'm pretty sure that it's true just the same! Anyway, there I go using all of my words just to say... my phone is one of my favorite things!

You are so funny! Love your favorite things. Especially the part about the words. Although I'm not sure how that applies to Ryan. He says enough for all of us (and I'm pretty sure he didn't get that from his daddy!).
I agree about the cell phone! I remember when I argued against getting them because I thought it was frivolous...and now I hate it if I leave home without it.
Love your favorite things...especially the phone - it is a necessity for life, huh? Anyway I'm addicted to my kids phone calls...life is too short not to chat whenever you want so...God bless Alexander Graham Bell and his inventive mind. I'll tell him thank you when I get to heaven. Love you much...happy chatting.
